How plans renew

Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans renew every year, on the same date you first paid. We charge the payment method you used at checkout. Your checkout and order confirmation show the amount and how often you will be charged.

Your monthly allowance

Each plan includes a set number of products per month. Unused products roll over for 1 month on Starter, 2 months on Growth and 3 months on Scale, then expire. Yearly plans get the same monthly allowance as the matching monthly plan.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from your account: log in, open your subscription and choose Cancel. You can also email hello@fitroomstudio.com and we will cancel it for you. Cancellation stops future payments. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Changing plans

You can move to a bigger or smaller plan at any time. The new price applies from your next billing date.

Price changes

If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, so you have time to cancel.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will try again and let you know. Work pauses until the payment goes through.
